Hi,

Does anyone have a count formula that allows for the count of a number of cells that fall within a certain number range.

In the example attached, how do I count the number of cells that fall between 28 to 45 (rows D18 to D32).

The output given would therefore be 15.

Thank you

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
How about
Excel Formula:
=countifs(D:D,">=28",D:D,"<=45")

Perhaps =countifs(a1:a100,">=28",a1:a100,"<=45")
