I'm sure this is an easy one, but having some trouble....
I would like to add hours to a time entered in a field.

That is... I have 2:00PM entered in A2, and would like to add 61 hours (in B2) to this time to generate only the time of day that this addition reflects.

So 2:00PM + 61 = 3:00AM

Can anyone help me out?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Welcome to the board!

=A2+(B2/24)

Format destination cell as needed.

Remember, all dates (times) are actually numbers. Each 1 is a day, so .5 is 12 hours and so on... To convert 61 to hours, divide by 24.
