Count Colour?

Hi guys,
I'm using Excel 2010. Can you count cells that have been coloured? For example I want count the green and red cells?

If they are coloured using a formula in conditional formatting, then probably yes.

Probably not without code. Ideally your colours should be based on data, rather than being used as data.

If they are coloured based on a formula, then the same formula can probably be used to count.

Then what is the formula you use for cond formatting?
