count coloured cells

Is there any way of counting the number of cells in a column which are shaded red?

How are they coloured, just manually or by Conditional formatting or....

They are shaded red using conditional formatting

There should be a way of counting them using the same condition which was used for the conditional formatting, what condition is that?
