Count consecutive cells with certain data range

Hi,

Say I have these numbers in a column:
5
-5
-5
3
5
5
5
-5
3

I want to count the max consecutive occurrence of 5 (which is three times) and also for 3s.

I read a similar thread but unable to workout maybe because the column is on a different sheet and the reporting is done on separate sheet.

If possible in single formula I would also like to sum consecutive cells which belong to a particular data range.
