Count formula: if I depart on 1 Jan 11(cell c1) and it in 4 Jan 11 then I want my days field ( cell c3) to = 3, also if I hit day 27 I want the box to change to red

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Sorry there seems to be a few typos in your post, can you re-post with corrections, also what box do you want to turn red?

Hi,

I think you can simply use in C3;

=C2-C1

Then change the cell format >> Custom; to

Code:
[Red][>=27]0
