I have a claim spread sheet, were i have to do a diagram for every month Authorised, Rejected and Refer claims. I used =month(A1) so I get the month by number.
currently i just use a filter out by months and by letters A,F,J. Would be there something less manually as caountif formula don't work with the filter.

Thank you very much in advance.

What version of Excel are you using?

Are the dates all within the same year?

Do you need to count for only the month or do you need to count for both the month AND the year?
