Count flying hours if date is within 90 days

Good evening.
I am desperate for help! I have created a spreadsheet to count my flying hours.

Columns as follows:
A - Date of flight
E - Flight length in H:M:S

In cell H9 I wish for it to count the flight length time, if the date of the flight, is within the last 90 days of the current day.

Is there any way to do this please? It has hurt my head trying to find a solution.

=SUMIFS(E:E,A:A,">="&TODAY()-90)
