Count formulas

Hi,

Can anyone help count between cells -

Difference is 2 days 0 hours 1 min

The formula used is - =IF(AO3="","",AO3-A3) but i now need to include within the formula to count working days ONLY. I have created a list on a 'controls' tab A10:A47.

Any idea how i can do this?

Have a look at networkdays()

Ive tried using that within the formula but I cant get it to work and im unsure what im doing wrong.
