Hi All,

This should be simple but it turns out I'm the simple one as I just cant fathom what is going wrong.

So, I have a list of dates in column N and I want to count how many entries there are for any date on or after the date that is in H3.

I have used the below formula but it just brings back "0" - which I know is incorrect.

Code:
=COUNTIF(N:N,"=>H3")

Can anyone help please?

Cheers

Chris

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Chris,

Code:
=COUNTIF(N:N,">="&H3)

*edited to change to >=, thanks for spotting that
