count highlighted red cells

Hi all. Can't figure out the formula on how to give a total of how many numbers of red cells are highlighted in a row. Heres an example. I figured as far as highlighting them but can't figure this out. Any help would be helpful thanks. The darker numbers would be highlighted in red.

I tried but cant get it to work.. Im not very good with excel. I followed an example from you tube. That's the only reason I got it. Is there a step by step by chance thanks.
