Count IF AND

Hi,

I have two colums of data as follows:
Colums G: containing values from 0.25 to 1.0
Colums L: containing values from 60% to 99%.

I would like to count the number time where 0.5 appears in colum G and at the same time 99% appears in colum L.

Tried a number of variations which did not work. Can anyone help?

Eg instead of 0.99, if the colum contains text and i want to count everything in colum G that is 0.5 and words in colum M which ends with "es".
