Count if Column A is a unique value and if Column B includes text string

Hello, I am trying to get a count of how many orders we shipped via UPS or fedex.

In Column B, it lists the order number but there are duplicates.

So I only need the count of unique orders #s (Column B) that shipped via UPS or Fed Ex (Column I).

I have tried a combo of COUNTIF and FREQUENCY as well as SUMPRODUCT but I am missing something.

Any help would be great! Thanks.

maybe Pivot Table with Distinct Count

I need it to be one formula line. I will have to do the same thing for all of the other ship via's. Also, how would I adjust the second half to be 'includes text of *ups* OR *fed*?
