I worked out the formula below to count if frequency. However, now I need to work it out for 2 criterias.

Count if I:I = A2 and if R:R = Closed

What I have so far is this:

{=COUNT(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(ticketInformation!I:I=A2,ticketInformation!B:B),ticketInformation!B:B),1))}

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

Put another If in there:

{=COUNT(IF(FREQUENCY(IF(ticketInformation!I:I=A2,IF(ticketInformation!R:R="Closed",ticketInformation!B:B)),ticketInformation!B:B),1))}
