Hi,

In a count if formula, I am trying to get a formula which does the following:

Count if in column D is =>0 and =<3

=COUNTIF(D:D,"=>0 AND =<3")

Thanks. :)

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Try

=Sumproduct(--(D2:D1000>=0),--(D2:D1000<=3))

adjust ranges to suit

.. or this perhaps?
=COUNTIF(D:D,">=0")-COUNTIF(D:D,">3")
