Count ifs

Hello All I am looking for a formula to count up not only the amount of times an employee is absent but also how many times they call out on a Friday I have =countifs(calloutsheet!P:P,B:B,calloutsheet!B:B,Friday) I need it to count how many times that name appears with "friday"

Not very elegant but will work
=countifs(employees,employee,absents,absent)+countifs(employees,employee,fridays,friday)
