Hi all,

I would require this formula if any body cud help me out in this?

To count the cells with specific criteria across the sheet exceeding 30..

answer required ASAP.

If I'm right in thinking you want to count every cell where the value is greater than 30 then use this formula (change the word "range" to the actual range you want to look at)...
