Hi All,

I've been looking for something to help me solve my problem but my search hasn't turned anything up yet so i'm hoping someone can help me.

- The problem im trying to solve is as follows - I have a group mailbox in Outlook 2010 and this mailbox gets emails from internal (emails addresses listed in the global address book) and external sources, i need to count each (or just one and i can work the rest out) i can see when you set up rules in outlook 2010 you can opt to do X if its from an internal source and also see that you can set up auto replies/sigs for internal and external so i am assuming outlook has a function that can be called upon to work out if a email is from an internal or external source.

Can anyone help me? Id need the count to populate a field on a excel sheet and allow me to vary the folder name (will always be in the same main folder but i might need to look into sub folders, i dont need this to count the main folder and all sub folders i just need it to count the emails in the folder i specify).

Thanking the Gurus in advance.
