Hey all,

I'm creating a pivot table for a template at the moment and I struggling a little, so I'm hoping some one can help.

The report that the table is compiled from contains a list of names, each with a bill paid value and a total number of 'matters' next to it. Each name can be listed multiple times. In the table I have created a Calculation Field to work out the average bill per matter by name, but becuse the name may appaer more than once the figures are wrong.

Is there a way, through the Calculation Field, to count the number of times a name is on the report - that way I can factor it in to the calculation and get the right answer.

Thanks.
