I have a list of Data that is over 10,000 Rows with Column that have dates and accounts..

I have the listed below code to take what is entered manually (A date) in B5 to count how many shipments. I now want to look at by date range.. Meaning that I put in July 1 in "B5" and July 10 in "B6" and tell me how many shipments I had between those date...

Code:
=countif("Sheet 1'!$D:$D,$b$5)

Thanks in advance!
Steven

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Hi Steven

Try:

Code:
=countif('Sheet 1'!$D:$D,"<="&$b$6)-countif('Sheet 1'!$D:$D,"<"&$b$5)

Hope this helps
