Can you give an example of which numbers you want to find the maximum of and what the answer would be. Use your first example to explain a bit more what you want to do.

I want learn TEXT value count column A ?Is not number column A.

The function =COUNTA(range) will count how many cells in the range are not empty, so will count all cells with numbers and text. The function =COUNT(range) will count only cells containing numbers. See example below where row 7 has COUNT and row 8 has COUNTA. Number of cells with only text would be the difference.
