=12-IF(COUNTIF(L12:AP12,"LT")<=2,-COUNTIF(L12:AP12,"CL"),IF(COUNTIF(L12:AP12,"LT")>=3,ROUNDDOWN(COUNTIF(L12:AP12,"LT")/3-COUNTIF(L12:AP12,"CL"),0),"CALCULATION"))i am working out to find net result of casual leave after all deduction.but casual leave is deducting from source.for every 3 Lt's 1 CS has to dected from the net casual leave but i cant work out,.please help me to solve
