Count the Name depend upon background color of cell and text in other cell.

Hi
I have TL’ name in column “C” and data corresponding to other column as “Actual login hour” in column “J”, “total idle time “ in column “L”, “Total wrap up time” in column “M”, and total training time” in column “Q”.
I want to count TL’s name if red background color in every column depending on background color. If there are 49 agents login and 30 are in red background then count the TL’s name whose corresponding column “J” as per column “C”.

But the actual file which i have had another format.

In my report the column having time have color background, so i want to count TL's name in every column having red color.

TL's name column have no color.

So if in login hour column i have some cell in red color then i want to count according to TL's how many are in red.

i need report in this format
