count unique, frequency array?

Hi all,

I'm trying to count the number of unique operators that worked on each cell on a given day.

This seems so simple and I've read previous posts but I can't get the result so I'll post here and see if anyone can help..?

Here's an example of my table:

Can anyone help me with the formula to use in cells l3:m4?

You don't give any expected results and it is kind of a small data sample, but let me know if this worked?
