I am trying to work with the data below, to count the unique number of values in column B, when column A meets a certain criteria.

I have figured out how to count the number of unique numbers (=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(B5:B15,B5:B15)>0,1))) but I can't work out how to tie this into being dependant on the division.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I have figured out how to count the number of unique numbers (=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(B5:B15,B5:B15)>0,1))) but I can't work out how to tie this into being dependant on the division.
Any help would be much appreciated!
