Count when cell changes value

Hello all
I would like to know to if it is possible to count the number of times that a cell C4 changes its value (Names) and then send a count value to sheet2 A3. I was thinking that I could use a Worksheet_Calculate event with the old value but I just don't know how to set up a count cell with this event.

I would really appreciate some guidance here because I have a workbook with a form and names are input here (C4). I would like to have a count of how many names have ( or how many people have used the form to order )

Rather than use Event code to record the inputs, consider using the macro associated with the form to record the inputs.

What exactly do you mean by that and could you give me an example.
