Count words with all CAPS

I have a column with some words in proper case and some all capital while some are all lower case...(I must keep them this way, i.e., cannot convert the formatting)

Is there a way to count, or filter out the all capital words????

Try, eg:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(EXACT(A1:A20,UPPER(A1:A20))))

=SUMPRODUCT(--(EXACT(A1:A25,UPPER(A5:A25))))
