Hi,

I am trying to create a formula that allows be to count cells that have time in them.

I can countif the time is over/less/equal to 03:00 etc but i cannot get the correct formula to calculate a range.

ie if the cells shows a time between 01:00 and 02:00 i would like a count of these cells.

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Welcome to the Board!

Two Ways:

1. Do a COUNTIF for all times greater than 1:00 and then subtract a COUNTIF for all times greater than 2:00.

2. Use SUMPRODUCT

If you need help writing them, post one of your current formulas.
