I am having a problem with the below formula would appreciated some help

COUNTIF(AND(O8:O20,"Severity 1 - 4hrs",(Q8:Q22,"Not Reviewed")))

What do you want the formula to do?

If both conditions are true I would like them to countup. I can get the first one to work but not when I include the and. Prob v simple but driving me nuts ha ha

I'm affraid that doesnt seem to work. It just returns N/A.
