Hi all,

I have a huge number of records downloaded for the last academic year's reports.

I am currently using this: =COUNTIF(Results!K7:K1462,">2.5")

To count the results across the entire cohort, however, what I'm after is for it to only select cells which match up to a particular subject - i.e. Maths

I've had half a play and have got no-where apart from some tasty errors.

Here's what I put so far: =COUNTIFS(Results!$K$2:$K$1462,Results!$G$2:$G$1462,$E7)

Results is the name of the tab containing all the results.
E7 is the name of the subject I'd like to cross-reference with
Column G contains the different subjects we want to select from
Column K contains the grades achieved.

Many thanks in advance

Matt
