Countif IsFormula

I have the UDF IsFormula, but am unable to use it to count the number of cells in a range (either as array function sum if or countif) that contain formulas. I have no knowledge of Vba. but would like to get a UDF that will do the job. Thanks

Something like

Function IsFormula(ra As Range)
 cnta = 0
 For Each ce In ra
  If ce.HasFormula = True Then cnta = cnta + 1
 Next ce
 IsFormula = cnta
End Function
