COUNTIF issues

All of a sudden, all of my countif formulas are returning information in a date format. Can anyone help me out with this?

The formula cells are apparently formatted as date. Select all such cells and format them as General.

Ummm........ Yeah, always the easiest solution first. I must have tried 10 other way to fix it even was messing around with VBA.
