Actual Data is Below If I want to count Column D ( Travel to Paris Yes =4, Travel to Paris No =5).

Expected: I want to see the Data Minus Column C. ( Travel to Paris Yes =2 Should be the result)

With that data shouldn't the answer be 3 & not 2?

Actual count of people who want to travel (yes =4) Minus count of ban .(2). ..

Hi,

I have the same question as Fluff.
The people who are "ban" are d & e in the Name column, a, b, & c are Not "ban", but wants to travel?

But there are 4 people who can travel & only one of them has a travel ban?

That is not the same as the data you posted originally.
How about
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS(D:D,"Yes",C:C,"<>Yes")
