countif on multiple condition

I want to count the follwing items, based on 2 conditions

A B C D E
1 T A
2 O A
3
4
5 T Z
6
7
8
9 T Z
10

The formula i want to use is how many times do i have the combination
T in ColumnA and A in Column B.

adjust ranges to suit.
