Hi again
I like to count the number of cells in range("b5:f5") the the interior.color = vbGreen
Put answer in G5
Can somehelp???
Thanks

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Try

Code:
Sub CountGreen()
Dim c As Range, k As Long
For Each c In Range("b5:f5")
    If c.Interior.Color = vbGreen Then k = k + 1
Next c
Range("G5").Value = k
End Sub

Try it as a function

Code:
Function CountGreen(r As Range) As Long
Dim c As Range
For Each c In r
    If c.Interior.Color = vbGreen Then CountGreen = CountGreen + 1
Next c
End Function

Then you can use it as a worksheet function

=countgreen(B5:F5)
