COUNTIF with Color

I want a solution to that problem, I used to (countifs) To calculate the number of cells between two dates, but some dates colored red line and the dates colored black line so I want to use the count function color font with the (countifs) function Is this possible or is there a solutionor is there a solution

I would go with a UDF - a user-defined function written in VBA which you can customise to do precisely what you want.

If the cells are conditionally formatted, try adding the CF rules to your COUNTIFS.
