I'm trying to count a range of number that appear in a column. How can I do this?

I currently need to count the number of times any number in the range of 31-60 appears.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
I've tried that but the actual count is off. It's counting everything less than instead of stopping at the starting # which is 31 in this case.

Forget it, I didn't put the right range, that's what I get for being excited about getting great help.

Thank you so it worked like a charm.
