This one should be an easy one for 'ya...

I'm trying to count the number of different types of agents per supervisor. I'd like for the cell to have an "-" if the number is less than "1".

Range B16:B90 = CSR agent's name
Column C = CSR agent's supervisor
Range D16:D90 = TSR agent's name
Column E = TSR agent's supervisor
Range F16:F90 = EW agent's name
Column G = EW agent's supervisor

Range I3:I14 = List of supervisors
Column J,K,L = count of CSR, TSR, and EW agents

I have the following formula which outputs a "0" if the supervisor does not have a certain type of agent under them: =COUNTIF(C16:C90,I3)
The name in cell I3 is "John Smith" which does not have any CSR agents under him. How can I make the cell display a "-" instead of a zero?

Awesome! I knew it was something simple... I just couldn't get my brain to function this late in the day :) Thank you!

an alternative is to keep your formula and use the custom number format for each cell. Ust this custom number format.
_(* #,##0_);_(* (#,##0);_( "-"??_);_(@_)

this will do the same thing, but keep your formula.
