I'm using this to count the number of cells where the value of column I, (on another sheet), is greater than 5 but only if the value in column A is equal to B2;

=COUNTIFS('DATA'!$A$2:$A$13368,B2,'DATA'!$I$2:$I$13368,">5")

I need to add an extra criteria please - I need to count records where the value is more than 1 but less than 5 - can someone show me how to amend the formula please?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
How about
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS(Data!$A$2:$A$13368,B2,Data!$I$2:$I$13368,">1",Data!$I$2:$I$13368,"<5")
