=countifs('YTD DATA'!$F:$F,"*Home Internet*",'YTD DATA'!$X:$X,"Open",'YTD DATA'!$I:$I,>7.5()NOW)

I'm trying to figure out the below ending part

YTD DATA'!$I:$I,>7.5()NOW

I need to say any date that has an open ticket greater than 7.5 days from now count it.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Try:

=countifs('YTD DATA'!$F:$F,"*Home Internet*",'YTD DATA'!$X:$X,"Open",'YTD DATA'!$I:$I,">"&7.5+NOW())
