# Countifs - Not returning correct value

Hello,

So I'm building a tracker for draught units in the UK, i want to have an overview tab which counts how many venues each pub group has listed if the venue is pouring.

I need to be able to count X amount of venues with 2 x criteria.

The formula i have used is as follows:

=COUNTIFS('Draught Log'!\$B\$2:\$B\$100,"Molson Coors", 'Draught Log'!\$C\$2:\$C\$100,"Pouring") - From the tab 'Draught Log' I need to count how many times column B= "Molson Coors", and Column C="Pouring" - This formula keeps returning "0" which i know is incorrect.

Help please Should i be using countif for this calculation?

### Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).

Check that your values in B & C do not have any leading/trailing spaces.

Understanding data is crucial, and the easiest place to start is with Microsoft Excel.
