Hello I have a spreadsheet with 2 columns, both columns are text I was wondering if I can count the top 5 highest locations (col D) that had the colour black in column c, there is over 300 locations in spreadsheet. I don't want to use pivots is there another way using analysis?

what is highest location? is it a number or text? you can use filters based on cell content and cell color

Hello thank you for responding its text im afraid for instance I would be looking at hospital 1 against colour black, thank you for any help you can give

Hi thank you for your response, I was wanting to see which was the highest 5 hospitals that had the colour black against it many times:
for instance Hospital1 can have black against it 50 times but Hospital2 only 6 times so im looking for top 5 hospitals. Thank you
