Hi,

I have a range of data in tab 'Downtime Tracking-Updated 4_2' which ranges from C1:L40000.

I want to count a number of scenarios where the following conditions are met.

In the range of data the following columns are:

C = Date
D = Shift
F = Op

In my second tab where I want to display the data I have cells B34 and B35 set as start dates and end dates respectively. Cell reference A39 is the Op I would like to count. B38, C38, and D38 is the shift.

There following is the criteria i would like to meet.

It the count must meet the all criterias for the following... between the dates set in B34 and B34, must equal the Op in A39, must equal the shift in B38 etc.

The first calculation will be in B39 which will hopefully calculate how many entries meet B38, Between dates in B34 and B35, equal to A39.

Effectively this will be counting number of entries in C shift between 26/Mar/13 and 02/Apr/13 that are in the operation "D&T"

Thanks for you help in advance.
