Counting accesses but with one condition.

Howdy,

In column A there are different IDs, (not unique), in column B are the accesses of some data of those IDs. Column B has the date and time (in this format dd / mm / yyyy hh: mm).
We would like to count how many accesses of the same ID, they are in a certain day (but no matter how many accesses it has in 10 minutes, only one accession will be counted).

It would be best to provide sample of your data using the xl2bb addin. That would be helpful in understanding the question and provision of the solution, rather then interpreting the query.

In column A (starting A2 is ID, in A1 is header)
In column B (starting B2 is data, in B1 is header) in this format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
In col A................in col B
NK12547.........10/11/2019 14:22:36.... count
NK12547.........10/11/2019 14:24:36.... count
NK12547.........10/11/2019 14:28:26.... count ....cause are same ID and access (in col B) is inside 10 minutes count all 3 as 1.....so 1 for ID NK12547
NK12547.........10/11/2019 14:42:56 .... count as 1 and finally is 2 for ID NK12547
NK12600.........10/11/2019 14:49:06.... count
NK12600.........10/11/2019 14:53:16.... count ....cause are same ID and access (in col B) is inside 10 minutes count all 2 as 1.....so 1 for ID NK12600
