Counting and output

I work for a support team and we want to know how many times each user called this month. We don't have reporting software to do this for us, so it must be done manually. I extracted some data that has a list of each user, some more than once to indicate that they called in more than once. I'd like to write a formula that displays the total count for each name that appears (output).

I don't want to enter a countif statement for each caller... is there something I could write up in VBA?

Without VBA, use a pivot table for that kind of work.
