Counting colours plus another criteria

Hi there is have series of dashboards that I receive. They have 30 Columns/ criteria and they have colours to grade them. Red amber and green. Of the 30 I am interested in scoring about 10 of them (these always come in the same order ) and I have flagged the 10 of interest by putting an x above the column in row 1.

So going row by row I want to be able to count the number of red cells that are in the column marked x for each row.

Any ideas on the approach?
