Counting Covid Days

I work for a school bus company I want to be able to count out just the days we have been bringing the kids to and from school. Not counting weekends and if the school closes for a day or 2 because of a covid scare I want to factor that in too. Any ideas? I would need to add in a start date for several different districts

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You can create a list of the Holidays and other days you don't bring kids to school (i.e. Covid days), and then use the Networkdays function, as shown here:
