Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Say you want to count on row 1 the cells that equal 1 and the cells on row 3 equal 3:

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$Z$1=1),--($A$3:$Z$3=3))

Just change the ranges and conditions:

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$A$10=23),--($B$1:$B$10=2008))
