Hi,
Is there a way that you can get Excel to recognise and count the number of cells that are a certain colour when you have used conditional formatting???

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)

Why not use a count function that picks up the criteria you used for the conditional formatting? Post back with your CF formula and details of the range you want to count.

Excel contains over 450 functions, with more added every year. That’s a huge number, so where should you start? Right here with this bundle.
