Counting rows of filtered data

I have a spreadsheet with thousands of rows of data which I need to filter for three different values and then count up the total number of rows which match all the criteria.

I have been trying to use the auto filter but cant figure out how to count only the rows shown and not the hidden ones as well. I am not much of an expert with Excel.
